Unfolds collects the minimum information necessary to provide the service:
- Anonymous authentication: We use Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous account. We do not collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.
- Conversation data: Your conversations are stored in Firebase Firestore, linked to your anonymous identifier.
- Emotional patterns: Patterns generated from your conversations are stored in Firestore.
- Apple Health (optional): If you authorize HealthKit, we access data like heart rate. This data is processed locally.
- Diagnostics: Sentry captures error reports without personal data.
- Subscriptions: RevenueCat manages purchases. We do not store payment information directly.
- Web analytics: Plausible Analytics, cookie-free, GDPR-compliant.
2. How we use your information

3. Storage and security
Your data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) with security rules ensuring only you can access your data through your anonymous identifier.
4. Sharing information
We do not sell or transfer your information. Third-party services (Firebase, Sentry, RevenueCat, Plausible) only process data as necessary for their specific functions.
5. Data deletion

6. Children
Unfolds is not intended for children under 13.
7. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
